For investors

Operational knowledge is a system of record nobody owns yet.

Organisations hold their most important operational know-how in people, documents and habits. We are building the governed record for it: captured from the work, approved by its owners, trained on, handed over with proof, evidenced and reported.

Where the company is today: pre-revenue and pre-pilot. The product is built and tested in code; no customer uses it in production yet. This page contains no financial projections.
  • The problemKnowledge leaves with people; procedures drift across sites; handovers are unverified; audits are a scramble. Each is usually addressed by a different tool, if at all.
  • The productOne connected chain — capture, govern, train, transition, comply, report — where each step's record is the next step's evidence. 29 of the 37 capabilities we describe are built and tested today; the rest are on the roadmap, and the site says which.
  • The marketAny organisation whose results depend on procedures done well by people who come and go: IT operations, manufacturing, administration, financial and professional services, facilities, hospitality, retail, logistics and field services. The platform is cross-industry by design, with no industry forks.
  • The first customersWe are sequencing the first pilots in multi-site operations with large frontline workforces, frequent onboarding, several languages and audit or client-assurance pressure. Facility and contract services fit that profile; they are one starting segment, not the only market the product serves. Pilot evidence will decide the order.
  • PositioningCapture-first tools make guides; training tools assign content; workflow tools run checklists. Our focus is the governed record that connects them — approval authority, version-exact training, proved handovers and followable evidence. Whether buyers value that connection is what our pilots are designed to test.
  • Commercial modelA paid subscription product. Prices are not yet set; they will be agreed after discovery and validated in pilots. Founder-sponsored controlled pilots, which carry no charge, are a separate offer used to validate the product.
  • The commercial opportunitySubscription revenue from the governed record, with adjacent areas on the roadmap rather than in the product today: retention and legal-hold controls, regional data residency, integrations with the systems organisations already run, governed knowledge retrieval and, later, partner channels. No figures are given here; any sizing or projection is shared in conversation, not on this page.
  • Governance and AIAI drafts procedures; people approve, publish and sign off. Report suggestions use deterministic rules, not AI. No surveillance or productivity scoring. Decisions are recorded in an append-only, hash-chained ledger.
  • The longer arcOnce the record exists, it can be asked questions: governed knowledge retrieval with citations, assisted handover planning, and intelligence across an organisation's operations. These are roadmap items, not products.

The platform at a glance

Six pillars, one record.

Every capability and its status
  • Capture & UnderstandTurn how work is really done into structured, reviewable source material.
  • Govern & StandardiseOne approved version of every procedure, with an owner and a trail.
  • Train & EnablePut the approved way of working in front of people, and check it landed.
  • Transition & AssureWhen someone leaves or moves, prove the work was handed over — not just documented.
  • Comply & ProveKeep obligations, decisions and evidence in one place an auditor can follow.
  • Report & ImproveTurn governed operational records into reports a manager can act on.
